本周有学生没来上课。时隔一天之后，我先收到了来自Chris的邮件。这是一封回复该生的邮件。其中也抄送了其它TA。学生随后和我联系时，表示老师说不用担心补课问题。
我回去仔细复查了老师的邮件几遍，确认其中并没有提到“不用担心”的词汇。
于是，我在回复学生邮件的时候，态度明显很强硬。结果似乎把老师也吓到了。至少Chris不是很开心。于是给我发邮件，表示学生有相关文件，可以申请旷课，还让我注意回复学生的语气。
几经复查，我最终明白，Chris所说的：makeup doesnt help a lot并不代表学生无法通过补课来拿回分数，而是makeup并没有什么实质性的帮助。但是学生只要有合理的理由缺席，并出示证据，那么学生依然是可以拿到出勤分数的。
于是，回复Chris，表示说，自己误解了他们邮件的内容。Chris也回复说：误会确实是会发生的。
但是，反思一下这件事情，有几个重要的点，自己需要注意：
1）自己虽说一直有要求自己变得圆润一些，不要太刺头。但是遇到这样的事情时，解决问题的方法依然有些过急躁。脑子里有这么一个形象：虽然自以为很多人和事都看得很清楚，或是看得很多，也往往确实能一针见血。但是这样的针芒都披拂在身外。也太容易发动，也太容易暴露。
自己如果能够把这些细节都藏在心里，在大部分时候，不需要的情况下，可以更加看清楚事实，但是不轻易出针，会更好。
2）明显自己有先入为主的assumption，觉得学生是否在撒谎。但是自己所凭借的证据其实很少／或是证据不合理。这样的做法很明显主观意图很重。这也是我自己个人的一个问题。如何合理地使用自己的发散思维，而不是在这样的情况下武断做出判断。
3）情绪。自己的情绪跟着assumption起来了。虽然当时觉得自己很理性，但是其实因为主观判断之后，就将情绪发泄了进去。而且，热情绪可能瞬间爆发。是会伤害人，但是冷情绪，好比压制了的冷冷银针，也是很刺人的。我觉得，老师应该是很直接地感受到了我邮件中的冷情绪。

我觉得这件事情，其实细细分析，对我自己来说意义很大。包括在整个事件告一段落之后，自己心理有另外一种情绪，可能是一丝愧疚，尴尬，或是其他感觉。心跳会感觉到明显加速。
我想集中用这件事情来做一下作文训练。记叙文，议论文，以及驳论文。

好好写一篇文章，也是需要阅读，收集词汇，安排文章构思等等。

尝试用一个月的事件，第一周写初稿，后面几周仔细锤炼一篇文章。看看能不能用这样的方式来锻炼提高自己的写作。同时，用这样的方式，对自己的思维方式，以及对自己的情绪管理，做一次深刻的反省和改善。
