今天忙吗?确实是很多事儿需要做。但是要写点内容,倒是和忙本身无关。
傍晚回到办公室,原本打算要用上1个半小时做点实事儿。结果坐下来准时开始翻起了新闻,然后刷起了fb,并且还接连着看起了上面的视频。随后又并没有停歇地去点开了其他内容,闲逛之后,居然就已经快10点了。
这并不是第一次,虽然也并不是很常见但是绝对不罕见。是一种很强的消极怠工的情绪。但上述仍然不是终点。理应10点去fike,却因为先前的消极而变得连gym也不想去。又坐那里发了会儿呆,至少有个三两分钟,脑子里其实空空的,有点不知道该何去何从,而后再把自己胡乱拎起来,像赶鸭子似的赶着自己走出办公室,撵上车。
上了车仍然在犹豫,要不要直接回,于是又是犹犹豫豫地来到fike门口,却又踌躇了一下,差一点就有打算开车回去。最后不知道哪儿来的一点约束力,顶着自己给自己设定的种种诸如身体不适需要睡眠缺席一天明天早起等等等等借口也好心理障碍也好,最终还是走进了fike。10点20,仍然一屋子的人。
然后就想着说是踩台阶还是跑步,后来又转了一圈说去跑2mile吧,大约是3000米。但是又觉得今晚的状态跑不下来于是对自己说跑跑走走至少把2mile给跑完。
于是大约走了一半跑了一半。约动脑子越清醒,越发觉得固足不前的思维可以被打破一些。之后就还是跟着做完了一些基本的力量。虽然很少量。
然后运动完了,居然在桑拿之前又犹豫了,觉得洗澡似乎有点儿麻烦且累。最后还是坚决地又去蒸了5分钟洗完澡。现在回来躺到了床上微微犯困。
我这到底是出于什么原因?我还是直接点和自己说,是自己的懒惰心理吧。好在今天一路都努力管教了自己………已经困了唉………略写不动了……
